Fort Sherman and San Lorenzo - across
the canal near Colon. Pictures were
taken by Donna and our friends Alan &
Geri Ross (www.trustintelligence.com).
We crossed the canal and visited Fort
Sherman first. I was surprised at how
full the marina was. We then toured
along the road to San Lorenzo - one of
the original Spanish forts built in
Panama. This one was designed to protect
the Chagras River. There is a nominal
fee $5 for foreigners, $2 for residents.
