During the week
of September 7th, 2009, the La Estrella
newspaper ran the following articles on
the issues concerning lack of "rule of
law" or acknowledgement of either land
title or right of possession ownership
primarily in Bocas del Toro, but from
what I understand, this happens in many
other areas of Panama.
